How To Increase My Selling skills..?

I m sales executive of a reputed travel agency and my work is to sell the international tickets. hotels, package tours to indivudule and corporate people but when i visit to them thay dont like the products which i have might be its high in cost but any how i have to sales them to fulfill my targets.
so please help me i think i am totally zero in sales marketing plese let me know what is the basic steps which i need… thaks…
Thats a great question, I am a sales person myself, I sell kitchen remodeling. My advice to you is try not to be down when your going through a slump in sales, I understand it impacts your confidence but try your best to regroup yourself, do a lot of role playing on your pitch with your friends and co workers. When you do your presentation on the traveling package, try to sell “the dream” rather than going into details about things that are probably pointless, for example describe the ocean waves, let them smell the white sandy beach of that bahamas trip they are interested in, sell the dream get them wet. And im sure you have a great personality otherwise you probably wouldnt of chose to do sales, they definitely got to like you first before you close them. Those are advices I have for you good luck.
